Regency Cleaning Company offers us a response service to enable us to deal with cleaning our portfolio of client’s rental properties to a thorough standard. We would recommend them to other letting agents, landlords, tenants and relocation companies.

Having just moved into the area and working away during the week I was looking for a cleaning company just to do a weekly clean. Amelia came around to give a quote and I was struck by her work ethos and the attention to detail of Regency, treating your home with respect and simply removing those tasks that I neither have the time nor inclination to do at the weekend. Amelia won the business there and then.

Since then I have found the service to be impeccable and 100% reliable, coming home to a freshly cleaned home, with the ironing neatly folded and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkling is a real pleasure and highly recommended.

My husband and I are landlords to a number of properties and recently Amelia at Regency Cleaning Company has been instructed by the managing agent to undertake cleaning when a property becomes vacant. It is not always easy to achieve a high standard when cleaning rentals and in the past standards were not always maintained. However, I am happy to say that since the Regency has been employed there has been a huge improvement. Amelia achieves an exceptionally high standard and we have seen at first hand the level of care and attention to detail that goes into her work. As landlords, this ultimately reflects on us so we are extremely happy with the excellent standards the Company delivers and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having high standards myself for cleaning I was looking for someone to pay attention to detail and clean thoroughly. Amelia and her team do this to the highest standard and, using their initiative, makes my home a delight to come home to each week. Amelia started out cleaning for us as in our capacity as landlords on our ‘between tenancy’ cleans and did a brilliantly professional job.
She now also cleans our own home. She started with a full day spring clean (which our house badly needed), at the end of which we were almost embarrassed by the sparkling results. She and Caroline now provide an efficient weekly clean to prevent it re-descending into chaos! They are painstaking but fast, unobtrusive but responsive, and we just love the ’boutique hotel’ touches like the loo rolls neatly labelled with ‘R’ stickers. Can’t recommend Amelia and her company enough.
